Interval: every 12 months / 20,000 km — with a complimentary first check at 3 months. BYD’s official program alternates A services at $189 and B services at $447. The 8-year / 160,000 km total reported with those prices is $2,390, over a window that matches the traction-battery warranty exactly. The two prices and that total do not reconcile, and we have not quietly picked a side — see the total that won’t add up, below the table.

The total that won’t add up: four A services at $189 and four B services at $447 do not come to $2,390 — and no whole number of A and B services at these two prices lands on $2,390 at all, because both prices divide by three and $2,390 does not. All three figures reach us by the same route: BYD’s official program announcement, as covered by multiple independent outlets. The authorised dealer network’s own live table lists the Atto 3 among its models but publishes no price schedule for it: when we checked on 29 August 2026 that network published prices for the other five BYD models whose schedules we cover, and the Atto 3 was the exception. So we print the three figures as they reached us and mark the gap, rather than silently correcting any of them into agreement with the others. What the table teaches

The program ends where the battery warranty ends (8yr/160,000 km) — keep every stamp; they are your battery-claim evidence trail.
Charging: $746/year for the 2022 Standard, $751 for the 2026 EVO Dynamic and $827 for the 2026 EVO Premium on government figures. The government data names no cycle for the 2022 rows, labels the EVO Dynamic NEDC and the EVO Premium WLTP4, so the three figures are not measured like for like.
Two service networks: BYD dealer service centres plus ~275 authorised mycar sites — logbook servicing without dealer queues, warranty intact.
