Omoda 5 — Owner’s Guide

⚠ Recalls: Australian 2022–23 Omoda 5s have a brake-pipe recall; UK Omoda 5/E5 a driveshaft-nut check — details and VIN checks here.

The Omoda 5 is Chery’s style-led crossover — and the sharpest example yet of a trap we keep documenting: one badge, three service intervals. The base 1.5T CVT is serviced every 10,000 km, the GT 1.6T DCT every 15,000 km, and the electric E5 every 20,000 km. Follow the wrong schedule and you’re either overpaying by a third or stretching intervals past what your warranty expects. Identify your version first — everything else follows.
