GWM Ora — Owner’s Guide
The electric Ora holds a record in our documentation: cars first registered by 2024 pay $99 per service — every service, five years, $495 total. That is the cheapest official servicing we have documented on any brand, any market. It also makes the Ora the clearest example of GWM’s Customer-Year system: register the same car in 2026 and the bill is $685 — 38% more. The new Ora 5 EV switches models entirely: a flat $195 × 7 services to 105,000 km.

Power Battery Pack warranty — Australia
GWM’s archived Australian warranty webpage names the GWM ORA and gives its Power Battery Pack 8 years / unlimited, or 8 years / 150,000 km in a commercial application. The source does not name the Ora 5, so this warranty figure is not assigned to the Ora 5 here.
Under the same wording, neither a Power Battery Pack State of Health reading of 70% or above nor a change or reduction in range while State of Health is at least 70% is considered a warranty defect. A reading below 70% is not stated as automatic claim acceptance.
