One interval — every 12 months / 20,000 km, whichever first — and two price columns: $2,954.59 for the RWD, $3,143.91 for the AWD Performance, over 7 years / 140,000 km with parts, sundries, environmental charges, labour and fluids in print. The AWD premium is $189.32, and it doesn’t spread: it’s built from two increases and, oddly, one discount.

Where does the AWD premium actually land?
- Services 1, 2, 4 and 7: identical to the cent.
- Service 3: +$116.56 on the AWD. Service 6: +$116.55.
- Service 5: the AWD is $43.79 cheaper ($239.68 vs $283.47) — the columns don’t simply scale up; at year five the higher-spec drivetrain is the cheaper car to service.
Service 6 is the peak in both columns — $870.10 or $986.65 at year six. Budget for it.
What’s included — and who’s excluded?
- Included: parts, sundries, environmental charges, labour and fluids.
- Not included: wear items — brake pads, wipers, tyres.
- Eligibility: MY2024 onwards, at participating service centres. Rental vehicles and grey/private imports are excluded.
Why does the program stop 20,000 km before the warranty? (the 20,000 km tail)
The program caps prices to 140,000 km; the vehicle warranty runs to 160,000 km. A working E07 covering big distances will meet that gap sooner than most: past 140,000 km, servicing inside the warranty is quote-only, with no printed cap. Ask for that number up front — it belongs in your negotiation.
