Interval: every 12 months / 20,000 km, whichever first. Seven capped services run from $126.35 to $1,024.51, totalling $2,963.40 over 7 years / 140,000 km — parts, sundries, environmental charges, labour and fluids, in print. One thing before you book anything: the January 2025 handbook prints a completely different rhythm. That’s the edition trap, below.

The table saw-tooths: $130.54 at year five, then $1,024.51 at year six — the highest single service in any of the three Deepal schedules. Budget for it.
Which service interval should you follow? (the edition trap)
The January 2025 Warranty & Service Handbook prints a first service at 5,000 km / 6 months, then every 10,000 km / 12 months — eight services to 75,000 km. The live capped-price table and the November 2025 owner’s manual both run 20,000 km / 12 months. The current program follows the 20,000 km rhythm — but if your glovebox holds the January 2025 edition, don’t assume: check which edition you have and confirm the interval with your Deepal dealer, in writing, before you stretch to 20,000 km.
What’s included — and who’s excluded?
- Included: parts, sundries, environmental charges, labour and fluids.
- Not included: wear items — brake pads, wipers, tyres.
- Eligibility: MY2024 onwards, at participating service centres. Rental vehicles and grey/private imports are excluded.
Why does the program stop 20,000 km before the warranty? (the 20,000 km tail)
The capped program runs to 140,000 km; the vehicle warranty to 160,000 km. If you cover enough distance to pass 140,000 km inside seven years, the final 20,000 km of your warranty runs on quote-only servicing with no printed cap. One interval, no price. Ask what it costs before you get there — that number belongs in your negotiation.
